On June 18-19, 2024, BrachyAcademy organized the clinical workshop on Accelerated Partial Breast Irradiation (APBI) at the recently renovated brachytherapy department of the Bialystok Oncology Center in Poland. The workshop was held in partnership with an excellent teaching team: Vratislav Strnad, Johann Tang, Csaba Polgar, Tibor Major, Jean-Michel Hannoun-Levi and the host of this workshop Dorota Kazberuk.

Twenty radiation oncologists and medical physicists from Poland, Ukraine, Hungary, and the Netherlands participated in the course. The program included live surgery demonstrations, lectures, hands-on training, and discussions. The workshop was a great success; the participants and the faculty enjoyed it very much!
